Are you completely frustrated with how difficult it is to learn new skateboard tricks? I bet you are! I always see skaters kicking and beating again his skateboard around when they find it difficult to land a new trick. You probably saw some "trick tip" videos, but they did not help. Your friends probably tried to learn but you still could not land them. Or maybe you did, but only once or twice.
If you received learn a few tricks, but how long did it take for you? A month? Two months? A year? If it took you more than a week, then you are not learning as soon as you can! Here are some simple step-by-step instructions on how to do Skateboarding Tricks:
The Ollie:
1) First place my back foot on the tail. Position your toes so that they are on top of the tail. Your shoulders should be in line with the Board.
2) Place your front foot in the middle of the board.
3) Kick down with his back foot, in a fluid motion jump and slide your front foot up the board, should this level into the air.
4) Land and bend your knees to absorb impact.
The Ollie is really the foundation of skateboarding tricks. Keep reading for more instructions How to do skateboard tricks.
The Shuv-It:
1) Have your back foot on the tail. Its best to get your toes on the toe side corner of the tail. So you can rotate it easier.
2) Place your front foot just behind the front truck bolts (which for Ollie.)
3) Concentrate up on the table.
4) with his foot still on the corner of the tail, applying a little pressure on the back foot (raising the Board from any ground), swing leg round, front leg to go around towards the back leg, but only slightly. Most of the work should be done by the back foot.
5) Your body should remain as it is, and should not be spinning.
6) In order to capture the Board go forward.
7) Land in the grip tape.
Roll away with the Board still underfoot.
Pop Shuv-It:
1) Have your back foot in ollie position (toes at the end of the tail). Have your front foot in the middle of the board – as a Shuvit. 2) Pop board down by kicking his back foot down, so the tail connects to the ground. In the same movement you should scoop the back foot in the direction you want the board to spin. This should make the board rise of the ground and begins to spin.
3) Most of the work of the trick would done with the rear foot. The front foot does not really do much.
4) When the board is spinning in the air, jump forward to catch the board. Attempt land with your feet on the truck bolts to the best landing. Bend your knees when you land to absorb the impact of tricks.
5) Roll away. Be proud of yourself in order to land a pretty good trick.
The 180 Ollie:
1) Have your back foot on the tail (the ollie position.) Position your front foot in the middle of the board.
2) Wind your body so you are ready to spin in the direction you are aiming for you and the board to go in (counterclockwise if regular, clockwise about Goofy.)
3) Swing your upper body around in the direction you want to spin on, look over your shoulder in the direction you seek.
4) Ollie and press your legs and the board around in the direction of the body is on its way. This should mean that you and the board to spin a full 180 degrees.
5) Land and ride away in a fakie.
The nollie:
1) Place your front foot on the nose – I prefer to be somewhere near end so you can nollie higher. Place your back foot in the middle of the board.
2) Stomp down with your front foot, jump and level board with your back foot by pulling it up toward the tail end of the board.
3) Bend your knees to absorb the impact of this trick.
Catalog:
1) Place your back foot on the tail – it is usually best to have your toes in the middle of the tail so that it is easier to limit how much pressure you put on the tail. Have your front foot on the front truck bolts to adjust how much pressure you put on the front of the board more easily.
2) Collect some good speed for this. Press down on the back foot, this should raise the nose off the ground. If you feel that your nose goes down, lean back, if you feel the tail goes down, lean forward.
3) When you feel that you can weigh more lean forward to adjust the nose firmly down. Try to avoid scraping your tail on the ground too much when you are training them so it will wear away the thin tail makes and easy to break.
Now tricks can be a bit tougher, but my instructions on how to do skateboard tricks should help you.
The Nose Manual:
1) Place your front foot on the nose (tear in the center – it helps you to apply or reduce pressure on the nose more easily.) Have your back foot on the back truck bolts.
2) Collect a bit of velocity and pressure along the front of the board to get back wheels on the ground. If you feel the tail go down, lean forward, if you know the nose goes down, lean back.
Now, you have basic instructions on how to do skateboarding tricks. If you really want to shred and learn new tricks quickly, you need to check out my resource box below and really learn the secrets to Skateboarding.

inline skate wheels

Roller hockey, also known as inline hockey, played on roller or inline skates with wheels, which are placed in groups of three or four in a single line. Skates are usually priced at $ 100 and up.
Aluminum sticks are preferred for Inline Hockey, however, wooden sticks covered with fiberglass can also be used. This is because the concrete or cement, on which inin hockey is usually played, is much harder on the sticks than ice. Sticks, with suede or rubber grips, are broader and bent at the base, to maneuver the puck or ball and are priced at upwards of $ 20.
Roller hockey is played with either a puck or a ball. Puck is made of soft rubber and is in regular sizes, the balls are made of plastic. Both cost about $ 5 each.
The target network is supported by steel frames with nylon nets and can be removed for safekeeping. They are similar to those used for ice hockey. Costs run $ 400 depending on quality.
Roles hockey players wear loose shirts, shorts and socks. For protection, the helmets with mouth guards, knee pads and elbow pads are recommended. Hockey gloves or at least the wrist guardsÂ-use. More safety-conscious players may also wear shoulder pads and padded pants with shin-guards and a jockstrap.
Goalkeepers; Of course, need more protection. Besides all the equipment mentioned above, a goalkeeper must also be equipped with the chest, back and neck protector, extra upholstered cushions bones, mesh cages and much more. Roller hockey is a street game with so many security risks that regulation hockey. In fact, Inline hockey to be more dangerous since, although the game is not quite as fast as ice hockey, concrete or cement does not allow one to slide along the surface when you fall, causing more scrapes on skin.
Hockey Equipment provides detailed information on Hockey Equipment, Ice Hockey Equipment, Ice Hockey Goalie Equipment, Field Hockey Equipment and more. Hockey Equipment is affiliated with Hockey Tickets.

Aggressive Inline Skating / Rollerblading… Injuries?
I used to rollerblade all lot around my neighborhood, never doing any tricks because I didn’t have the courage or the rollerblades. Now years later, I’m thinking of picking up aggressive inline skating. I’m just wondering, it seems like most injury videos on youtube are from rollerblades… How likely is the injury rate and how serious can the injuries be if someone wants to do the hardest of tricks and stuff?
also any suggestions for some good starter rollerblades?
