aggressive inline skate wheels

Help All Skaters Needed ! ASAP?

Hi, im buying some some skates for the skate park in my town …. but i need some help, could you tell me which skates are better also could you tell me why one of these skates has 2 tiny little wheels near the middle of the bottom frame.

could you try and awnser both of the questions as i really need to know! Also could you recommend some aggressive skates for me under £150 … any help would be greatfull.

I’ve had an older pair of those Razors, they are nice and comfortable and the stock frames and plates are pretty good. I think what you are looking at with the wheels is an anti-rocker set up it just makes it a bit easier to lock into the h blocks.
